Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Projects, encompassing at least 1 end-to-end implementation and 1 production support project in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
- Strong background in at least two Supply Chain Modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Costing).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud, including procurement suite, Product Hub, Inventory, Costing, and GOP.
- Proficiency or strong knowledge of integration between different Oracle SCM and other ERP cloud modules.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience in handling multi-pillar integrations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethics, trustworthiness, and self-confidence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with attention to detail.
- Capacity to operate efficiently under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with end users and stakeholders for the implementation and support of Oracle-SCM Cloud.
- Identify and align business requirements with Oracle Cloud SCM functionality, configuring the Cloud SCM Application as per customer needs.
- Develop creative solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud SCM to address various business needs.
- Understand and map customer business processes to Oracle SCM Products.
- Configure assigned modules under the guidance of the Solution Leader.
- Document gaps between requirements and delivered functionalities.
- Perform unit testing of all functionalities, including staging test scenarios and documenting results before client delivery.
- Create runbooks for technical objects and resolve technical queries during project execution by providing functional support to the technical team.
