Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of service delivery processes and product lifecycle management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with a capacity to interpret performance data and drive enhancements
- Familiarity with digital tools for job cycle management and service quality monitoring
Responsibilities
- Craft and sustain the service product roadmap in alignment with the broader product strategy
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive solutions to inform service offerings
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of service products, from inception to phase-out
- Ensure service readiness for deployment while adhering to quality benchmarks
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Sales teams to create and execute service offerings
- Engage in business performance evaluations and customer Service Quality Meetings (SQM)
- Predict resource needs and optimize cost structures accordingly
- Monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
- Represent the voice of the customer regarding service-related requirements
- Assist sales and marketing teams in articulating service positioning and value propositions
- Ensure compliance with HSE fundamentals, company standards, and contractual commitments
- Promote continual improvement initiatives while managing incident reporting processes
