Customer Relations Specialist

- Generate new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients across the meat, fish, food processing, and restaurant sectors for services like grease trap maintenance and used cooking oil collection. - Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and identify additional service needs. - Conduct meetings with previously cancelled accounts to understand reasons for discontinuation and attempt to win them back. - Arrange customer meetings and initiate cold calls as directed by management. - Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and all levels of company personnel including owners and management. - May interact with local inspectors to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Spend 75-90% of the workday in the field visiting clients, based on the days assignments. - Prepare customer setup documentation and input new client data into the routing system. - Provide daily updates to the Division General Manager and Procurement Operations Manager. - Follow up on service stops that did not result in material pick-up as indicated by drivers, assessing whether re-routing is necessary. - Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor in all interactions. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Ensure regular attendance and punctuality to support smooth operations. - Perform additional tasks as required to support business efficiency and adapt to changing needs.
