Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 9 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer. You should be proficient in Node.js with Express or other scripting languages and HTTP-related servers. Experience with MySQL, Postgres, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and SaaS is essential. Additionally, expertise in front-end development with Angular or React is required. Familiarity with Docker and a basic understanding of microservices as well as experience with a cloud provider such as AWS or Azure will be beneficial. You should have a demonstrated knowledge of SQL server databases and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and analyze information or problems effectively.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead a small team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications on AWS. Close collaboration with the Chief Architect will be essential to ensure that we align with our overarching technical vision and implement best practices and standards in the development process. You will provide design and implementation guidance to a cross-functional software development team, write software solutions, develop unit tests, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Participation in code reviews will be expected, alongside the evaluation of new coding techniques and tools when appropriate. You will also mentor entry and mid-level developers, assist them with problem-solving, support testing processes, and remediate defects. We need a multitasker who can work efficiently and effectively within deadlines while maintaining quality. Effective communication and the ability to manage and implement change in a dynamic environment are crucial. We value experience in a startup-like atmosphere or an eagerness to embrace an environment filled with ambiguity and speed.
