Requirements
Must:
- DEC or equivalent diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (experience in manufacturing is an asset)
- Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Navision)
- Familiarity with project management methods (Gantt)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (advanced) and English (advanced). Mastery of both languages is essential as the role involves frequent interactions with colleagues from Saint-Eustache, the United States, and other countries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Create, update, and manage documentation (technical sheets, processes, statistics, etc.).
- Manage product numbers and structures within the ERP system.
- Support the Director, Supervisor, and Product Manager in their activities.
- Contribute to the enhancement of practices and monitor tasks and timelines.
- Keep product data tools (Tub ID, Tub Spec Tool) updated.
- Manage small projects from design to implementation in collaboration with various departments.
- Develop plans related to product discontinuation and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
