Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in technical support and help desk environments with excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common desktop hardware in an end-user support environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, with experience in resolving common user issues
- Familiarity with user account management and access-related support tasks
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, especially in documenting support activities
- Capacity to handle multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced support environment
- Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies as needed
- Associates degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a combination of education and practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role
- Experience supporting end users in a corporate setting
Responsibilities
- Address IT support inquiries submitted via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 technical issues, including user account access, password resets, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, peripherals, and basic connectivity challenges
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, troubleshooting actions, and solutions in the ticketing system
- Elevate unresolved, recurring, or complex issues to senior IT staff with thorough documentation
- Assist in supporting IT infrastructure such as servers, routers, switches, and security appliances to ensure peak performance
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
