Requirements
Must:
- 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst familiar with Python, SQL, and AWS
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and writing SQL queries
- Strong understanding of marketing datasets
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Capability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to communicate technical findings in a clear, business-friendly manner
- Knowledge of business processes, KPIs, and regulations, especially in marketing
- Openness to learning new tools, programming languages, and Big Data methodologies
- Familiarity with marketing datasets, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Customer Data Platforms
- Experience with marketing tools is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Gather and validate data from both internal and external sources, ensuring its accuracy and eliminating duplicates or errors
- Utilize statistical and analytical methods to uncover trends, correlations, and anomalies
- Develop dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau to convey insights to stakeholders
- Convert complex datasets into actionable recommendations for business strategy, marketing, or operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and marketing professionals, to assess data requirements and formulate solutions
- Adhere to data management policies, ensuring data integrity and supporting data architecture and modeling initiatives
