Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field required
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years experience in a relevant field required
- Minimum 2-3 years of Product Management experience
- Hands-on software engineering experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Familiarity with software engineering principles and production processes
- Knowledge of strategic planning and resource allocation principles
- Experience with consumer Internet products and a strong personal portfolio
- Strong design instincts and product evaluation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights for decision-making
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Responsibilities
- Oversee product planning and execution during its lifecycle
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Define product vision and collaborate with various departments
- Drive customer engagement and sales conversion via chat bots
- Understand and align with the mission and goals of the eCommerce team
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria; participate in testing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy
- Ensure clarity of product quality expectations among the team
- Utilize data to guide product direction and performance metrics
- Collaborate with customer service, engineering, UX designers, marketing, and merchandising teams
- Track and analyze product performance to inform future development
- Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders
