Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in developing applications using C#, .NET, and contemporary web technologies.
- Proficiency with Blazor (or similar frontend frameworks) and hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, secure development practices, and cloud-native architecture.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and infrastructure tools like CloudFormation or CDK is advantageous.
- Proven ability to independently execute assigned tasks and engage in cross-functional discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions across the stack using C#, .NET, and Blazor.
- Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, frontend components, and cloud integrations on AWS.
- Identify and execute enhancements to system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead and peers on solution architecture and design.
- Support the QA process by crafting reliable tests and participating in test planning and defect resolution.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist in the planning and estimation of project tasks, assessing trade-offs and technical risks.
- Troubleshoot issues in both production and non-production environments, escalating as necessary.
