IT Technical Support Specialist II

- Deliver first-level and second-level support for corporate and property employees through phone, email, remote desktop, and on-site assistance - Install, configure, and upkeep hardware, software, and peripherals - Manage the ticketing system to ensure timely tracking, updating, and resolution of issues - Facilitate the creation of user accounts, manage access permissions, execute password resets, and troubleshoot - Provide assistance with fundamental network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls - Support VoIP systems and manage phone installations for corporate and property locations - Liaise with vendors for internet services, equipment repairs, and hardware replacements - Oversee IT inventory, asset management, and equipment deployment activities - Prepare and configure workstations for new hires, covering computers, phones, credentials, and system access - Conduct brief IT orientations for newly hired staff - Ensure proper deactivation of user accounts and retrieval of company equipment - Uphold IT security protocols, including MFA, antivirus measures, updates, and access controls - Assist in implementing cybersecurity practices across corporate and property sites - Keep documentation of IT processes, troubleshooting manuals, and equipment logs updated
