IT Support Specialist

- Provide first and second-level support to both corporate and property-level staff via phone, email, remote desktop, and in person. - Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals. - Manage the ticketing system to ensure timely tracking, updating, and resolution of issues. - Assist with user account setups, access permissions, password resets, and troubleshooting. - Conduct basic network troubleshooting for Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls. - Support VoIP systems and phone configurations for corporate offices and properties. - Collaborate with vendors for internet services, equipment repairs, and hardware replacements. - Help oversee IT inventory, asset management, and equipment deployment. - Prepare and configure workstations for new hires, including computers, phones, credentials, and system access. - Conduct brief IT orientations for new team members. - Ensure the proper deactivation of user accounts and return of company property. - Uphold IT security protocols, including multi-factor authentication, antivirus updates, and access controls. - Assist in implementing best practices for cybersecurity across corporate and property locations. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and equipment logs.
