Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities for hardware and network issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data organization, tracking)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common business applications
- Basic understanding of networking principles (IP, DNS, routers, switches)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
- Diagnose and resolve issues with computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices
- Assist with network connectivity challenges (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.)
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
- Keep thorough documentation of support requests and their resolutions
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage tickets, inventory, and basic reporting
- Support end users both in person and remotely
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
Description
