Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Over 7 years of professional experience in software development
- Proficient in C#, .NET, and C++ with a solid understanding of their ecosystems
- Skilled in creating and utilizing APIs
- Experience or interest in AI development and machine learning
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain efficient and reusable code across the software stack
- Strong focus on usability and performance when developing end-user applications
- Capable of providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
- Involved in architectural decision-making
- Collaborative team player, working alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Proficient in analyzing system performance data and recommending improvements
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions that enhance user experience
- Create and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code throughout the software stack
- Enhance sophisticated applications with a strong emphasis on performance and usability
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical assistance when needed
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure quality feature delivery
- Evaluate system performance data and suggest enhancements to product and system owners
- Ensure applications meet the highest performance, quality, and responsiveness standards
