Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in at least one SAP functional area: Product Supply, Customer Management, or Mobility & Convenience Retail Operations.
- Hands-on experience with large SAP systems in inventory management, logistics, and operational integration.
- Background in managing complex pricing, billing, and settlement scenarios related to operations.
- Skilled in integrating SAP S/4HANA with external systems to handle high-volume transactions and reconciliation.
- Ability to coach teams on SAP best practices and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect with a portfolio showcasing successfully delivered intricate IT solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies and core practices.
- Strong grasp of Information Assurance principles and security best practices.
- Experience in service operations and resilience strategies, including high availability and disaster recovery.
- Expertise in User Experience Analysis to inform design choices.
- Experience in monitoring and adopting emerging technologies.
- Capability to align technical solutions with business objectives through effective business modeling.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style to foster discussions and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative efforts with business and delivery teams to perform process analysis, fit/gap assessments, and design solutions for SAP HANA projects, ensuring clear and actionable requirements.
- Ensure clarity and quality in requirements for SAP HANA solutions, making sure they are testable, outcome-oriented, and aligned with holistic business processes.
- Provide hands-on guidance for SAP HANA configuration and integration, overseeing technical alignment during implementation.
- Own the end-to-end integration across SAP HANA and related platforms, ensuring cohesive functionality across all solutions.
- Act as the Solution Design Authority for SAP HANA, making critical decisions regarding design, implementation, and evolution within the SAP HANA framework.
- Set and enforce solution standards and architectural principles for SAP HANA, ensuring project consistency across all enhancements and maintenance activities.
- Lead discussions in design and change review forums for SAP HANA, making informed decisions that balance speed, risk, cost, and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee the testing strategy and execution of SAP HANA, including SIT/UAT readiness and defect resolution.
- Support cutover planning and ensure post-go-live stability for SAP HANA, providing robust assistance during the hypercare phase.
- Collaborate with testing and business teams to prepare for SIT/UAT, resolving design issues and supporting defect triage within SAP HANA projects.
- Work alongside Service Owners and subject matter experts to ensure that change requests related to SAP HANA are clearly defined and aligned with business value.
