Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 4 to 5 years in enterprise security architecture positions.
- Proven expertise in developing security strategies, architecture roadmaps, and capability models for global multi-vendor, multi-product security solutions, including cloud and hybrid setups.
- Experience in performing security assessments and governing architecture for cloud security, application security, data security, and network security in complex environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least one architecture framework such as SABSA, Zero Trust Architecture, or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Familiarity with agile methods and design thinking in digital transformation and architectural innovation.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the architectural authority for Cyber Threat and Engineering (CTE) and Digital Security products and services, maintaining ownership of Technical Reference Models (TRMs).
- Establish and communicate CTE architectural standards, strategies, and roadmaps throughout the CTE portfolio.
- Support CTE platform and product teams in integrating security within their design and architecture processes.
- Conduct horizon-scanning and experimentation to explore new capabilities and solutions addressing bps cybersecurity challenges.
- Lead innovation initiatives including proof-of-concepts and technology assessments.
- Provide architectural oversight and assurance for all security-related projects and programs.
