Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in product management within aviation technology or flight operations software
- Hands-on experience with private aviation operations, including Part 135 charter, fractional ownership, or aircraft management
- In-depth knowledge of flight operations processes such as scheduling, dispatch, crew management, and maintenance coordination
- Proven success in implementing SaaS platforms in aviation settings
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to define integration needs and collaborate with engineering teams
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and operational users
- Proficient in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and implementation roadmaps
- Preferred: Experience with companies such as Portside, FL3XX, Avinode, or similar aviation technology firms
- Experience working with charter or fractional operators like NetJets, Flexjet, Wheels Up, XO, or Sentient
- Knowledge of aviation regulations (Part 91, Part 135) and their implications for operations
- Familiarity with related systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Databricks
- Background in operations, dispatch, or crew scheduling is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of our flight operations platform and its related systems
- Define product requirements and ensure they align with operational goals
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee system integrations
- Translate complex operational workflows into clear system requirements
- Verify that our technology investments provide tangible operational benefits
- Collaborate closely with both technical teams and operational staff
