Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Familiar with React Native/Expo for mobile development
- Experience with Node.js backends
- Knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, Supabase, and Drizzle ORM
- Comfortable using Git/GitHub workflows (branches, PRs, merges)
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Vercel, and Cloudflare
- Experience with third-party API integrations
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in task completion
- Previous personal or school projects showcasing coding ability
- Experience in building mobile applications with React Native/Expo
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Responsibilities
- Assist our Lead Developer while learning the codebase
- Participate in the development of our internal CRM and a multi-tenant public version
- Contribute to the architecture of a mobile app version of the CRM
- Identify and address bugs, feature requests, and integrations as needed
- Engage in daily communication with our operations team to gather project requirements
- Deliver tangible results and features from the outset while proving your capabilities
Description
We are excited to offer a 90-day paid internship in our Van Nuys, CA office, providing a stipend of $750 per week. This opportunity is designed to bring on a driven, AI-savvy developer with a pathway to a full-time position at a competitive hourly rate of $30 to $50, contingent on performance. Youll receive direct mentorship from our Lead Developer and work on real projects from day one, rather than administrative tasks. This role focuses on developing applications that will be launched commercially, and we aim to foster your growth and skill enhancement throughout the internship.
