Must:

Responsibilities
- I lead activities to develop, document, and maintain the architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems.
- I assist in the development and maintenance of the Battlespace Picture roadmap and vision.
- I develop and drive the implementation of containerized software architecture across various hardware types.
- I implement open architecture constructs, such as Open Mission Systems (OMS) and Open Communication Standard (OCS), utilizing the Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI).
- I define boundaries for OMS subsystems, requirements, and service contracts for OMS services, as well as OMS isolators.
- I oversee the integration of complex software components into a fully functional software system.
- I manage the development of software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments, ensuring all software requirements are met.
- I provide technical leadership for software projects and manage software supplier relationships.
- I plan, execute, and document software research and development projects.
- I track and evaluate the performance of my software team and suppliers to ensure adherence to project plans and industry standards.

Successful collaboration with various Mission Systems software development teams, hardware IPTs, and integration teams is essential.
