Must:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customer representatives regarding technical issues.
- My ideal candidate will be willing to complete on-the-job (OJT) training to validate their ability to fulfill assigned tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Responsibilities
- I need you to support a select group of end users using our systems as well as others we manage.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues, sometimes under tight deadlines, is part of your role.
- You will analyze system functionality, identify performance bottlenecks, and document suggested optimizations to enhance overall system efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps will be expected of you.
- During high-impact operations, I would like you to represent the entire System Admin Team and interact with customers.
