- I possess 5 years of experience in software architecture, particularly focusing on cloud-based solutions and DevOps methodologies.
- I have 10 years of experience leading software teams and/or projects.
- I have 10 years of experience in automated provisioning and configuration of software-defined infrastructure, as well as designing for continuous deployment and continuous operations.
- I demonstrate proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and I am familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- I have a strong understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and practices, automation frameworks, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
Responsibilities
- I am tasked with architecting cloud solutions by designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based architectures that align with our business goals and enhance operational capabilities, including leading the transition from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.
- I will develop a comprehensive DevOps strategy, incorporating CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring solutions to improve the software delivery process and increase deployment frequency.
- I must collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to ensure alignment on project objectives and outputs.
- My role involves analyzing existing systems and processes, using industrial engineering principles to identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction. I will define, collect, analyze, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for software delivery and team execution to foster continuous improvement and accountability.
- As a technical leader, I will provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, nurturing a culture of innovation and ongoing development while contributing to the creation and documentation of best practices and methodologies for software development, deployment, and operations.
- I will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, present architectural designs, and provide updates on project progress.
- Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing and DevOps is essential to enhance our solutions.
