We are currently seeking a Software Engineering Manager to support our Government Vehicle Health Management Systems (GVHMS) Team in Hazelwood, MO. This role involves leading a team of engineers dedicated to developing and implementing inventive solutions for our customers. Our mission is to equip the global defense community with solutions that enhance mission readiness and effectiveness, decrease lifecycle costs, and ensure people's safety. The GVHMS suite of products achieves this by collecting and managing aircraft health and usage data, leveraging advanced analytics, and providing aircraft maintainers with deeper insights into vehicle health, along with more efficient maintenance recommendations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to working with others and delivering outstanding products and services. Additionally, the successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of translating strategy into actionable plans in line with our organization's mission and vision. Our team employs an Agile and collaborative approach to design, develop, and implement Vehicle Health Management solutions for various programs and platforms, utilizing a micro-service architecture for better scalability. We also offer implementation and training at customer facilities to ensure that our solutions fulfill or surpass our customers' expectations.
