Requirements
Must:
- I require you to have at least 5 years of experience in software development for space systems and ground segments, specifically in command, control, mission planning, and data processing.
- You should possess 5 years of experience within the Software Development lifecycle, which includes Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Integration, and Testing.
- A minimum of 3 years leading software development projects is necessary.
- You need to have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience in an Agile software development environment and familiarity with DevOps methodologies is essential.
- You must be capable of obtaining a DoD Secret Clearance (with an interim prestart and final post-start).
Responsibilities
- I expect you to develop and maintain requirements, architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for high-performance Command and Control (C2) software solutions.
- You will lead software development efforts utilizing a scaled agile methodology within a DevSecOps environment, supporting software development activities, and integrating completed software components into a fully functional software system.
- Supporting progress demonstration presentations to customer representatives and program/IPT leadership will also be part of your role.
- You will handle daily duties related to roles such as Cost Account Manager, Product Owner/Technical Lead, Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master, and/or Integration & Test lead.
- I am looking for you to support the IPT by implementing a structured methodology to define and adhere to a development and integration schedule, alongside a rigorously managed cost baseline.
