We require candidates to hold an active Secret Clearance. You should have experience utilizing Cameo System Modeler or similar Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) software. Proficiency in VB.Net, C#.Net, and sysML (or extensive knowledge of Unified Modeling Language) is essential. Additionally, experience in managing requirements for Department of Defense contracts and in all facets of system architecture design, requirements gathering, software development, and software testing is crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo System Modeler. Your duties will include managing requirements, tracking, and verifying TMP systems change requests (CRs). We expect you to apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. You will evaluate customer and operational requirements to define and coordinate system performance needs, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.
Your responsibilities will also involve developing and maintaining code, conducting unit tests, and integrating software components into the TMP system. Furthermore, you will develop, document, and maintain architectures, requirements, interfaces, designs, and algorithms for the TMP system. Collaborating with the software development team to share your expertise will be vital, as will driving the TMP software architecture and design approach through software process development, selection, tailoring, deployment, and tools and metrics. Accuracy and accountability are of utmost importance, along with the development of software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments. You will provide technical solutions for a diverse range of challenges and guide less experienced team members.
