Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- I need at least 3 years of experience in Python.
- You should possess knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience utilizing agile principles in software development with a structured process is essential.
- Preferred qualifications include 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science is highly regarded.
- Experience in leading an agile software development team with relational databases is advantageous.
- Familiarity with React, Django, Flask, and FastAPI is preferred.
- Experience with Infrastructure Tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Pipelines is expected.
- It's also beneficial to have experience in building out regression test suites.

Responsibilities
- I lead the development, testing, and maintenance of applications to meet industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards.
- I oversee the review, analysis, and translation of customer requirements into the initial design of software solutions.
- I coordinate the development, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of software products and functionalities for system integration.
- I guide the development, documentation, and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software solutions.
- I participate in the agile software development lifecycle, including planning, reviews, and supporting customer meetings.
- I troubleshoot technical issues, addressing user inquiries and conducting analysis of user feedback.
- I conduct research and implement current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and changes in regulations pertinent to software development.
- I lead the establishment, monitoring, and enhancement of software processes, tools, and performance metrics to align projects with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
- I execute and document software research and development projects.
- I offer consultation on software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulations.
- I manage software projects and supplier relations, ensuring compliance with project plans and industry standards.
