Communications Software Engineering Lead

We are currently searching for a Communications Software Lead Engineer-Developer to join our Air Proprietary 2 Mission Systems team in Berkeley, Missouri, supporting our Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. This vital role involves leading software initiatives within the Communications team, which designs and develops solutions for civil and tactical communication capabilities, particularly in managing networks for tactical data links and overseeing communication management in Over-The-Air networks. This position involves guiding priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring technical excellence in our software output while adhering to established processes and standards. I will require myself to work across various Mission Systems software development teams and integration groups. I am committed to fostering a Drug-Free Workplace and promoting a safe environment.
