- Proficiency in analyzing and enhancing engagement channels for sustained effectiveness and user adoption
- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and project management expertise
- Familiarity with technical writing tools and software
