Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of professional backend development experience with .NET and C#
- Strong proficiency in .NET / C#
- Experience with PostgreSQL (SQL, schema design, optimization)
- Solid grasp of distributed systems and backend integration patterns
- Experience working within structured Agile teams
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments (preferred)
- Experience integrating existing services into enterprise ecosystems (preferred)
- Knowledge of observability or performance monitoring tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance an existing suite of .NET / C# backend services
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries in PostgreSQL
- Enhance the reliability, stability, and performance of current functionality
- Diagnose issues and evaluate integration effects across systems
- Document service behavior, integration points, and technical processes
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
- Ensure backend tasks meet enterprise security, reliability, and performance requirements
