Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/Visual design for intricate digital products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, GitHub, Linear, Adobe XD, and familiarity with conversation design tools for AI interaction
- Understanding of responsive design, design systems, best practices, and accessibility standards
- Attention to detail with a show, dont tell approach to design
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Create AI-driven product designs at various levels, from initial sketches to final experiences
- Utilize storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to innovate and refine user interactions with AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet brand objectives and yield measurable results
- Partner closely with UX researchers, Engineers, Product Managers, Full Stack Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to meet business goals
- Design with a focus on privacy, accessibility (meeting WCAG standards), and trust in all interactions
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and financial services design
- Maintain a current portfolio showcasing examples of UX work
