Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in UI/Visual design for complex digital products
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, GitHub, Linear, and Adobe XD
- Familiarity with conversation design tools, AI interaction prototyping, and workflow visualization for AI/ML
- Understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards
- Strong attention to detail with a show, dont tell mentality, delivering pixel-perfect designs
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Preferred: Exposure to AI-driven interfaces and data visualization
- Preferred: Experience within financial services or fintech
- Preferred: Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
- Preferred: Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) for productive collaboration with developers
Responsibilities
- Design AI-enabled products from initial sketches to finished experiences
- Create storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to innovate interactions for financial experts using AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with brand goals and measurable outcomes
- Work closely with UX researchers, engineers, product managers, full-stack engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers to meet business and production objectives
- Prioritize privacy, accessibility (WCAG standards), and user trust in every design interaction
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of AI and financial services
- Maintain an updated portfolio of UX work showcasing previous achievements
