Solutions Architect – Digital Banking

We seek a Senior Solution Architect with the following qualifications: - Extensive experience as a solution architect, adept at collaborating with other architects, including enterprise architects, overseeing all aspects of solution architecture and design aligned with our target architecture and standards. - Proven background in development (Cloud, DevOps, Agile). - Familiarity with service management (web services, REST, Web API, ESB, message-based) for development, integration, and deployment. - Proficient in enterprise-level application architecture. - Strong understanding of application security/infrastructure and deployment. - Experience with data placement and integration. - Capacity to relate end-to-end business processes into solutions aimed at simplifying processes and enhancing user experience. - Knowledge across all aspects of solution functions/data placement, end-to-end design, and integration oversight. - Multi-vendor integration design experience, including infrastructure knowledge. - Competence in API design and API security alongside digital/mobile architecture expertise. - Experience in AI, insights, and automation. - Proven technical facilitator role in bringing various technology groups and vendors together for effective solution design and execution while maintaining a strategic focus. - Ability to document solution proposals (including solution options, sequence diagrams, and conceptual diagrams) to secure agreement from Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, etc. - Capability to resolve issues promptly as they arise. - Experience producing project-level and program-level technical documentation (solution options, architecture, high-level end-to-end design flow) in collaboration with other technical leads. - Contribution to function area-specific target architecture, transition architectures, and technology roadmaps. - Strong ability to evaluate new technologies against our target architecture and standards to address business challenges. - Willingness to quickly learn and internalize existing information to assist effectively across several projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in engaging with developers and executives alike. - Prior experience in banking solutions is advantageous. - Understanding or application design experience with Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
