Requirements
Must:

- Typically, I expect 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical expertise can be gained through education and/or hands-on business experience.
Responsibilities
- My responsibility involves applying development skills to both front-end and back-end systems, along with project management experience and systems administration abilities.
- I will design strategies for continuous improvement, performance enhancement, stability, and scalability.
- My role necessitates designing, developing, and maintaining fully operational platforms, including databases and servers.
- I will be focused on creating user-friendly experiences, user interactions, responsive designs, and overall architecture.
- I oversee the design and development of dynamic, visually appealing, and innovative software products/apps, covering both front-end and back-end components.
- I am accountable for managing the entire software development lifecycle, from conception through deployment.
- Post-deployment, I ensure the maintenance and upgrading of the software.
- I will guide the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software, as well as oversee automated testing and analyze results.
- Modifications and testing of changes to previously developed programs will be part of my duties.
- My work may primarily target a specific business/group within BMO but may also have a broader enterprise-wide scope.
- I will exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and resolve problems within specified parameters, and I will handle a variety of complex tasks, including unique scenarios.

- This position is an on-site role. - The salary for this position ranges from $63,300.00 to $117,200.00 and is salaried. - Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, which may also include a commission structure.
