Senior Solution Architect - Digital Banking

- Proven expertise as a Solution Architect, collaborating with enterprise architects and overseeing all facets of solution architecture and design across various projects in line with the banks target architecture. - Background in Cloud, DevOps, and Agile methodologies with prior development experience. - Proficient in service management, covering web services, REST, Web API, ESB, and message-based development, integration, and deployment. - Experience in enterprise-level Application Architecture. - Strong background in application security and infrastructure, alongside deployment exposure. - Familiarity with data placement and integration techniques. - Ability to connect end-to-end business processes to develop solutions that simplify operations and enhance user experience. - Comprehensive insight into solution functionality, data placement, and overseeing end-to-end design and integration. - Experience in multi-vendor integration design, particularly with infrastructure components. - Knowledge of API design, API security, and digital/mobile architecture. - Understanding of AI, insights, and automation within a technological context. - Skilled technical facilitator, uniting various technology groups and vendors for effective solution design and execution aligned with project timelines while maintaining strategic direction. - Capable of documenting solution proposals such as sequence diagrams and conceptual diagrams to secure consensus from Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams. - Competent in addressing issues as they appear. - Proficient in producing technical documentation at both project and program levels, collaborating with other technical leads to create solutions and architectural documentation. - Contributes to the development of function-specific target architectures, transition architectures, and technology roadmaps. - Assists in evaluating new technologies against BMOs target architecture and standards to resolve business challenges. - Quick learner with the ability to internalize existing information to engage with various projects immediately. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders ranging from developers to senior executives. - Previous banking solution experience is advantageous. - Awareness of application design principles in Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
