Senior Lead DevOps Engineer

- We will have you define and steer our DevOps strategy, roadmap, and operating standards. - We will have you mentor and lead a team of DevOps engineers while encouraging technical excellence and innovation. - We will have you partner with engineering, QA, security, and product teams to simplify and accelerate delivery workflows. - We will have you promote a DevOps culture centered on automation, scalability, and reliability. - We will have you design, build, and refine CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. - We will have you automate build, testing, and release activities to improve speed and consistency. - We will have you embed security controls into delivery pipelines through DevSecOps practices. - We will have you standardize deployment approaches such as blue-green, canary, and rolling releases. - We will have you architect and oversee cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure. - We will have you ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness. - We will have you optimize cloud spend and resource efficiency. - We will have you drive adoption of container technologies such as Docker. - We will have you manage and tune orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or similar tools. - We will have you ensure efficient deployment, scaling, and observability of microservices. - We will have you implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions such as Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, or CloudWatch. - We will have you champion Site Reliability Engineering practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. - We will have you troubleshoot production incidents and lead root cause analysis. - We will have you continually improve platform performance and reliability. - We will have you apply secure DevOps controls, including secrets handling and access management. - We will have you ensure alignment with internal and regulatory compliance requirements. - We will have you perform vulnerability reviews and integrate security scanning tooling.
