Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in software development within a .NET ecosystem
- Expertise in the .NET 8 framework and C# programming language
- Proficient with front-end technologies and the Entity Framework
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and Winforms; familiarity with Angular is advantageous
- Understanding of feature flag management
- Comprehensive knowledge in end-to-end integration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with advanced development methodologies such as Domain-Driven Design and legacy code modularization
- Solid grasp of mission-critical financial applications and multi-layer banking systems
- Experience in integrating peripherals that support branch applications
- Deep understanding of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and guide project teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute software solutions that fulfill functional and performance requirements
- Develop, configure, and integrate code in alignment with established architecture and technology strategies
- Conduct thorough code reviews and deliver constructive feedback
- Evaluate design choices regarding their influence on performance, timelines, expenses, and downstream systems
- Investigate new technologies for relevance and assess implications on processes, data, and risk management
- Address production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose enhancements
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive design specifications and code
- Create scalable and maintainable solutions while promoting shared assets throughout the organization
- Lead projects with the aim of achieving business goals and provide mentorship to team members
- Keep up-to-date with industry innovations and best practices through ongoing learning.
