Responsibilities
- Evaluate design choices for their impact on performance, timelines, budget, and quality; suggest innovative optimization solutions.
- Propose and put into action solutions based on issue analysis and business implications.
- Identify upcoming trends and challenges to guide decision-making.
- Lead and execute initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Create and develop scalable, maintainable solutions in alignment with architectural guidelines.
- Break down business demands into detailed design specifications and code.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver on requirements.
- Carry out unit testing, produce documentation, and ensure successful delivery.
- Assist with production issues, including root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Develop new algorithms and data structures for target environments.
- Automate and enhance processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Mentor colleagues and engage in communities of practice.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and best practices.
