Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience alongside a degree in a related discipline, or a combination of education and practical experience - Extensive knowledge of Azure services with proven experience in developing cloud solutions - Comprehensive general IT expertise and hands-on experience in areas such as networking, infrastructure, security, solutions architecture and design, operating systems (Linux/Windows), standard protocols and services, identity and access management, automation, and troubleshooting - In-depth understanding of cloud provisioning, administration, interoperability, disaster recovery, business continuity strategies, as well as large-scale cloud performance measurement and monitoring - Strong experience in creating CI/CD pipelines for managing infrastructure and code deployments - Proficient in provisioning Cloud Services and their design/architecture components, including: - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CDKTF - Programming Languages: Typescript, Python, NodeJS - Pipeline Management: GitHub Action, CI/CD, Build/Deploy, Azure DevOps - Azure Services: Azure Storage Account, Azure Key Vault, Azure VM/VMSS, Azure Container Apps, Azure ACR, Azure Functions, Azure SQLMI/SQLDB, Azure CosmosDB - Strong programming capabilities with experience in API and Webhook development using languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting - Ability to quickly understand organizational dynamics and management priorities, and effectively navigate a fast-paced, results-oriented environment - Strong facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills - Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing high-volume, high-availability cloud applications with a strong level of automation - Excellent communication skills for delivering specialized consulting and technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
