Requirements
Must:
- SQL proficiency (5+ years)
- Python proficiency (5+ years)
- Hands-on experience with C# programming
- Skills in cloud computing systems (Snowflake / AWS / Azure)
- Strong knowledge of asset management and ETF analytics (designation preferred)
- Practical experience with operational monitoring and troubleshooting
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with Streamlit, Prefect, Pydantic, NumPy, pandas, SQLAlchemy, plotly (preferred)
- Advanced PLSQL skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of investment performance and risk analytics (preferred)
- Advanced degree in computer science, financial engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Degree or designation in financial markets (preferred)
- Experience in systems migration or transition (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and rollout of a modern portfolio management platform utilizing cutting-edge technology to support advanced ETF analytics and portfolio workflows.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and tech teams to develop innovative portfolio management solutions.
- Partner with data engineers and business analysts to create reliable data pipelines and real-time analytics capabilities.
- Help define the future-state system architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee daily system operations, including tracking automated jobs to ensure successful execution.
- Promptly investigate and resolve any failed jobs; rerun processes as necessary to uphold data integrity.
- Support and maintain the existing infrastructure while actively participating in the design and implementation of the future-state platform.
- Develop intuitive, high-performance front-end tools for portfolio managers.
- Create portfolio optimization workflows to enhance investment decision-making processes.
- Establish real-time analytics capabilities for quicker insights and improved operational efficiency.
- Ensure the scalability of the platform to accommodate increasing data volumes and complex investment strategies.
- Collaborate on solutions aimed at enabling new investment products and asset classes to expand the platforms functionalities.

In this position, you will actively participate in the transformation of our current systems across multiple asset classes while overseeing daily operations. Our team is composed of 5 specialists within a larger group of 25, promoting collaboration with data engineers, portfolio managers, and business analysts.
