Requirements
Must:
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in data science.
- Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning techniques, including but not limited to XGboosting, LSTM, and LLM.
- Proficient in data visualization with strong communication capabilities.
- Self-motivated problem solver, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and customer-centric environment.
- Highly analytical with technical proficiency and a quick aptitude for learning new tools and ML models.
- Knowledge of trust, bias, and ethical considerations in data science.
- Excellent collaboration and teamworking abilities, emphasizing cross-functional teamwork.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity in projects.
- Committed to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Experience with GenAI LLM models.
- Background in MLOps, creating workflows for model retraining, monitoring, and deployment.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced analytical algorithms and technologies (e.g., machine learning, deep learning) to extract insights from large datasets.
- Create and design new data modeling processes.
- Develop predictive models and utilize big data technologies to provide effective business solutions.
- Work collaboratively with data and analytics professionals to refine and enhance analytics solutions.
- Play an active role in the visualization of data and the implementation of innovative data strategies to identify consumer trends and resolve business challenges.
- Collaborate with product teams and partners to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Engage with data scientists and other stakeholders to ascertain data and modeling requirements and create fulfilling solutions.
- Construct, manage, and sustain extensive data pipelines for reporting, analysis, and application of machine learning/deep learning models.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to unearth patterns and trends by integrating different data modules and algorithms.
- Investigate and adopt new technologies for creating cutting-edge data solutions for business stakeholders.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to business leaders to enhance market competitiveness.
- Cultivate a work environment that aligns with our organizational values and promotes diversity and inclusion.
