Requirements
Must:
I seek candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or econometrics, accompanied by a degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Marketing Analytics. Ideal applicants will have strong practical experience utilizing open-source Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) tools (such as Robyn, LightweightMMM, PyMC, and Prophet) and proficiency in Python and SQL. Familiarity with R is considered advantageous. I also prefer candidates who have a solid grasp of Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), attribution modeling, causal inference, and experimental design. Experience utilizing cloud-based data platforms (like AWS, GCP, or DataIku) and data visualization tools (such as PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau) is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to provide expert analysis and guidance to develop analytical solutions that promote informed decision-making for enhanced marketing outcomes and to support strategic initiatives. You will lead the creation and execution of in-house MMM solutions utilizing open-source packages. Additionally, you will design and implement cutting-edge analytical solutions, including MMM, MTA, and causal inference frameworks. Your tasks will also include designing robust experimentation frameworks, such as A/B testing and uplift modeling, to assess marketing effectiveness. You will provide expert advice on data management, analytics, and visualization technologies while contributing to the strategy and roadmap for data quality, modeling, and advanced decision support tools. Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives will be crucial. You will also structure multi-dimensional datasets and integrate data from various sources to improve analysis and reporting efficiency.
