Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential; Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification is desirable.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Super badge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional is necessary.
- A Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience or education is acceptable.
- At least 7 years of experience in the technology sector is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce, including a deep understanding of its various components (Sales, Service, Experience, Pardot, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience in leading FSC projects and configuring the FSC platform.
- Familiarity with Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards.
- Proven track record of transforming complex business needs into effective solutions.
- Experience with declarative solutions such as creating custom objects, workflows, approvals, and flows.
- Proficiency with LWC components and customizations within the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions to meet varied project requirements.
- Take the lead in designing, building, and configuring FSC applications, serving as the main contact point.
- Create build tickets capturing technical requirements to fulfill user story acceptance criteria.
- Engage in client sessions to gather and document business requirements as necessary.
- Refine estimates and plans for all stages of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, and support, documenting requirements in user stories.
- Showcase solution functionality to business stakeholders as required.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide user documentation for future system support.
- Present solution alternatives to the business, evaluating the advantages and drawbacks of declarative configurations versus code customization.
- Conduct impact analysis for scope change requests and document any changes in requirements, configurations, and data mapping.
- Participate in declarative system configuration and bespoke development when necessary.
- Offer technical and functional expertise to project teams.
- Design and maintain integrations of Salesforce with external systems.
- Manage multiple Salesforce FSC projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring all business requirements and commitments are met.
- Contribute to team learning by sharing best practices and documentation with colleagues.
- Act as a mentor to fellow team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
