Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI, encompassing the creation, management, and publication of Power BI Data Sources.
- Strong intermediate to advanced DAX skills, including the ability to create DAX Measures, utilize variables in measures, manage filters, and develop calculated fields and tables.
- Experience in optimizing data source designs and measures for peak performance.
- Competence in creating, managing, and publishing Power BI dashboard files.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in data visualization.
- Typically, 4 to 7 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Technical expertise acquired through education or professional experience.
- Relevant certifications, such as PL-300, are advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop, manage, and publish Power BI data sources.
- Utilize your DAX skills to build measures and optimize performance.
- Create and publish visually engaging Power BI dashboards.
- Design training programs to assist non-analytical end users in utilizing reporting tools and self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with teams, management, and stakeholders to enhance the usability and visual appeal of our data analytics solutions.
- Conduct research to implement continuous improvement in data visualization by identifying trends and patterns that convert raw data into actionable business insights.
- Document data flows, systems, and processes to bolster the design, execution, and management of business processes.
Description
We offer a competitive salary range of $74,000.00 - $138,000.00, with pay varying based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. The total compensation package may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and various perks, such as health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
