Lead Agency Deal Advisor

As part of our team, you will provide loan closing and portfolio monitoring support in a professional and timely manner. Your role will involve facilitating the loan closing process, managing commitments, and ensuring the booking and accounting of the loan portfolio in compliance with required policies, guidelines, and standards. You will deliver exceptional customer service by offering responsive, accurate, knowledgeable assistance. Additionally, you will address complex customer requests, providing recommendations or escalating issues as needed. Your role will include advising assigned business groups on implementing solutions and analyzing data to resolve strategic issues. You will build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing business objectives. You may also act as a Team Lead, supporting your manager by coordinating work schedules, managing workloads, and leading training efforts. Furthermore, you'll participate in deal closing events, analyze credit documentation, and manage customer documentation to maintain proper records.
