Junior Desktop Support Intern, Summer 2026

- Monitor, restore service, and manage daily activities of mission-critical systems - Ensure service restoration of infrastructure, applications, and security in accordance with service level agreements - Provide Help Desk support and coordinate Incident Management - Facilitate the deployment of changes within the production environment - Respond promptly to production system issues and problems - Participate in testing cycles for infrastructure and application operability - Deploy applications and infrastructure according to deployment plans - Analyze data to provide insights and strategic recommendations - Conduct initial triage and resolution of incidents, including automated solutions - Offer end-to-end technology support covering systems and networks - Identify and implement process improvements for operational performance - Actively monitor system functionalities to enhance customer service delivery - Provide assistance to end-users for application and technical needs - Collaborate with various departments within the bank - Develop and maintain knowledge assets for effective operations - Advocate adherence to industry standards and best practices - Build networks and communities of practice among peers - Participate in professional associations for continuous learning
