Responsibilities

- Define business requirements to guide technology development and operations through data sourcing and analysis.
- Review and document business processes while collaborating with stakeholders.
- Evaluate the impact of projects on business performance using sourced market data.
- Assess the efficiency and performance of technology systems, including software and hardware.
- Identify and analyze malfunctions, system workflows, and troubleshoot issues raised by the business.
- Elicit and analyze requirements for feasibility to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
- Support various project teams throughout the project lifecycle to align development with business needs.
- Develop clear and useful project artifacts covering both functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Leverage domain and functional expertise to drive anticipated business value.
- Decompose strategic problems and analyze data to offer insights and recommendations.
- Construct test cases to validate business requirements and end-user testing outcomes.
- Maintain a focus primarily on specific business groups.
- Think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and resolve problems within set guidelines.
- Operate mostly with independence on assigned tasks.
- Be open to additional responsibilities as needed.
