Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficient with IBM MDM or Informatica MDM, Match360, and MQ messaging
- Experience in batch and real-time integration with MDM configurations
- Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation
- Background in enterprise environments, preferably in the Financial Industry
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain IBM MDM Master Data management solutions
- Develop and manage data flow channels and data processing systems
- Establish and enforce effective data management policies
- Formulate strategies for quality data collection ensuring data integrity
- Implement secure data handling and analysis procedures
- Oversee daily operations of data systems ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Monitor and evaluate performance of data systems for enhancements
- Safeguard digital databases against security breaches and data loss
- Address data-related issues, authorizing necessary maintenance or adjustments
- Provide specialized consulting and technical support as needed
- Exercise judgment to diagnose and solve various problems independently
- Adapt to broader responsibilities as required
