Requirements
Must:
- Typically, 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework.
- Technical expertise acquired through education or professional experience.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.

- In-depth influence and persuasion abilities.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct essential business testing on technical solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize risks before production.
- Support strategic initiatives in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the UAT intake process, prioritizing assignments based on project needs and timelines.
- Oversee database management and provide analytical support, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Track and evaluate performance, addressing any emerging issues.
- Create and deliver regular and customized reports and dashboards.
- Develop and implement change management plans, leading various related activities.
- Design a communication strategy aimed at positively influencing behavior, including tailored messaging and appropriate channels.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of operational programs, meeting service agreements.
- Execute user acceptance testing for diverse project types, overseeing the development and management of test strategies and cases.
- Recommend UAT solutions based on an understanding of business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Provide guidance to business groups on the implementation of UAT solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes and project requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate teams to execute overall test plans, ensuring proper participant involvement and scheduling optimally.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
- Analyze strategic problems and data to offer UAT insights and recommendations.
- Continuously monitor UAT performance results and resolve issues as necessary.
- Exercise sound judgment to identify and troubleshoot challenges within established parameters.
- Work independently on a variety of complex assignments, accommodating unique situations as necessary.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
