Agentic AI Developer

- Drive the creation of the Agent Ecosystem by designing, constructing, and operationalizing enterprise-level AI agents and the orchestration layer that manages their interactions seamlessly. - Act as a player-coach, balancing hands-on engineering, developing agent prototypes and platform components, while also providing strategic direction, advising on best implementation practices, and promoting a culture of technical excellence. - Initially concentrate on developing foundational patterns and frameworks that can be utilized across the broader agent development landscape, ensuring scalability and reusability. - Design agents and implement an orchestration layer that includes routing, tool-calling patterns, workflow coordination, agent registry integration, state management, and failure/fallback strategies, utilizing your software development capabilities with Python. - Define and apply enterprise agent patterns, including standard agent templates, reusable components, and orchestration controls. - Establish observability and monitoring for agents and orchestrations, which includes logging, tracing, drift detection signals, agent-specific metrics, and operational dashboards. - Integrate Microsoft Azure services and components from the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on Azure AI capabilities and relevant Foundry experience. - Collaborate with leadership to clarify expected outcomes and vision, translating these into a detailed build plan, architecture decisions, and delivery milestones. - Operate and support production-grade AI solutions to meet availability, reliability, and performance standards. - Conduct regular updates on models, prompts, and configurations within approved change processes. - Incorporate Applied AI evaluation considerations into the platform, focusing on governance hooks, auditability, risk management, and operational readiness for agents.
