Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for a senior architect with deep hands-on experience in AI architecture, enterprise architecture, and data architecture.
- We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- We expect at least 15 years of combined experience across software development, data engineering, architecture, and artificial intelligence.
- We need 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect and 2+ years delivering AI architectures.
- We require 3+ years of experience working with AWS Cloud.
- We expect strong coding ability, including practical proficiency in Python.
- We need direct experience with GenAI, LLMs, or reinforcement learning in production settings and end-to-end AI solution delivery.
- We require demonstrated success architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- We value strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, and MLOps tooling.
- We prefer certifications in cloud architecture or AI/ML.
- We require proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
- We need familiarity with data architecture, APIs, and microservices.
- We expect experience introducing disruptive technologies within an organization.
- We look for experience supporting complex, high-volume cloud implementations.
- We value financial services domain knowledge, including major data consumption use cases in financial institutions.
- We require understanding of data architecture concepts, practices, frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Responsibilities
- We lead the design of end-to-end AI reference architectures, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- We apply innovative AI, data, and analytics technologies to enterprise platforms while aligning solutions to complex business and technology needs.
- We develop and maintain the technical roadmap for enterprise platform capabilities that support our AI and data vision.
- We support data acquisition, processing, and utilization across our enterprise AI and data platform.
- We define infrastructure requirements for AI systems and assess tools, platforms, and frameworks for scalability, performance, and security.
- We act as a technical authority in AI, machine learning, and data architecture.
- We advise business units on the implementation of AI and data solutions.
- We ensure deliverables align with target-state architecture and challenge design decisions when needed to maintain governance standards.
- We identify opportunities to improve data architecture across complex business functions and processes.
- We build strong partnerships with enterprise, technology, and business stakeholders to uphold architecture standards.
- We monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction and recommend innovation opportunities.
- We conduct research and proof-of-concept work to assess new technologies and determine where they should be applied.
- We support additional enterprise priorities as needed.
Description

We offer a competitive salaried compensation range of $94,600 to $176,000, along with a broad total rewards package that may include performance incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
