Must:
- I possess strong communication abilities that allow me to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users. - I have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk services within a fast-paced environment. - Preferred qualifications include a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues. - I demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling me to patiently and empathetically explain technical concepts to users. - I maintain a customer-first mindset, committed to delivering a high-quality experience for users. - My organizational skills allow me to prioritize tasks and manage my time efficiently in a dynamic environment. - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous. - I have knowledge of DNS (Domain Name System) management and network administration principles. - I possess advanced experience with Meraki, Aruba, SonicWALL, and Ruckus devices for network management.

Responsibilities

- I respond to and resolve escalated technical support tickets originating from 1st level technicians. - I provide technical assistance for hardware and software issues across different operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. - My role involves troubleshooting and resolving problems related to computer networking, VPN connections, firewalls, and TCP/IP configurations. - I manage desktop support tasks, which include the installation and configuration of computer hardware and software applications. - I utilize tools like Beyond Trust, Connectwise, Kaseya, OpenText, and FreshService to efficiently track incidents and service requests. - I assist users with Microsoft Office applications and provide guidance on best practices for IT infrastructure. - Conducting analysis of recurring issues to identify trends and suggest improvements for an enhanced user experience is part of my responsibilities. - I collaborate with team members to maintain Active Directory accounts and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO). - Supporting mobile devices and ensuring their connectivity within the Local Area Network (LAN) is essential in my role. - I manage small to mid-sized projects as part of my duties.
