Responsibilities

- I provide technical assistance for hardware and software dilemmas across multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. - I troubleshoot and rectify issues related to computer networking, VPN connections, firewalls, and TCP/IP configurations. - I manage desktop support responsibilities, which involve the installation and configuration of computer hardware and software applications. - I adeptly utilize tools such as Beyond Trust, Connectwise, Kaseya, OpenText, and FreshService to efficiently track incidents and service requests. - I assist users with Microsoft Office applications and offer guidance on IT infrastructure best practices. - I analyze recurring issues to identify patterns and recommend enhancements for better user experience. - I collaborate with team members to maintain Active Directory accounts and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO). - I provide support for mobile devices and ensure connectivity within the Local Area Network (LAN).
